He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald "Ron" Keith Moulton and Barbara Jean Moulton (Rupple); his grandparents, LaVerda, Norman Moulton, Edward and Louise Rupple; his parents-in-law, Wayne and Jean McCutchen; his brother-in-law Jim Laufer; his niece Alexxyss Therwhanger; and his cousin David Rupple.
He is survived by: his wife Pat (Pat); his son Jeff Gallon; his siblings, Rick Moulton and Ronda Robles; his grandchildren, MacKenna and Liam Gallon; his siblings-in-law, Darcy Moulton, Jan Merrill, Jean Laufer, Peter Robles and Rob Merrill; his nephews, Travis Moulton, Paul, Phillip Robles, Drew and Nick Merrill; his great-nephews, Myles Moulton, Sam, Will and Diego Robles; his nieces, Shannon Moulton, Sara and Laura Robles; his great-nieces, Ashlynn Therwhanger, Lily and Vivian Robles; his uncles, Edward and Jack Rupple; and his cousins, Julie Rupple, Steve, Scott, Kenny, Jeff and Kathy Kaiser.
