He is survived by: his mother Anna Studebaker (Hoke); his former wife Cindy Barnhill; his wife Shelly; his children, Daniel, Andie, Kaity and Jacob; his stepfather Buddy; his siblings, Riley and Marci (Aaron); his grandmother Betty Hoke; and his stepmother Neena (Matt). He is also survived by three step-brothers, two step-sisters, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
