He was predeceased by: his father Randy Lee Phillips. He is survived by: his father Janella Rae Phillips (Townsend); his wife Becky; his daughter Teagan; his sister Kristy Phillips; his nephew Kevin Frost; and his niece Katelynn Sands. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles and extended family.
