He was predeceased by: his parents, Raul Mendoza and Rafaela Deniz of Mendoza; and his sister Guillermina Mendoza. He is survived by: his significant other Maria Lira of Hermiston, Oregon; his children, Genesis Mendoza and Jose Raul Mendoza; the mother of his children Ana Sandoval of Walla Walla; and his siblings, Esther Mendoza, Rosalba Mendoza, Raul Mendoza, Martha Lopez, Hilda Mendoza, Carmen Mendoza, Carlos Mendoza and Javier Mendoza. He is also survived by grandpa to her grandchildren.
