It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeanne Cecile Bloom of Hermiston, Oregon, born in Pendleton, Oregon, who passed away on June 3, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Antoine Ramos and Barbara Ramos; her children, Cecil Berry, Greg, Ron Berry and Tana Harding (Shane Valentine); her stepchildren, Debbie Brandt (Jerry) and Bob Bloom; her sisters, Georgana Dugan and Judy Mack; her husband Jim Bloom; and her brother Tony Ramos. She was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter.

Family suggest memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
