It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Hughs of Hermiston, Oregon, born in Umatilla, Oregon, who passed away on May 14, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hughs and Sharlene Hughs (Smith); and her sister Wanda Hughs. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Leggett (Nathan) of La Grande, OR; her sister Alice Hughs of Hermiston, OR; her granddaughter Lucille; and her niece Melissa Hughs.
She believed in helping others and with her passing she donated the gift of life through tissue donation.
