He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Treadwell and Edna Roberts Treadwell; his wife LaRee Hendricks Treadwell; his daughter Carol LaRee Treadwell; and his brothers, James Treadwell, Ronald Treadwell and Stanley Treadwell.
He is survived by: his daughter Janet Miller (John) of Springfield, MO; his granddaughter Megan Miller Inouye (Peter) of Austin, TX; and his siblings, Virgina Treadwell Worthey and Larry Treadwell.
