He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Phillips and Glenda Cain Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Gina Phillips of Hermiston, OR; his sons, Bryson Phillips (Noelle) of Hermiston, OR and Joshua Phillips (Samantha); his sisters, Teresa Manning, Christy Phillips and Denise Phillips; and his grandchildren, Gage and Elody. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
