It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Rossi of Hermiston, Oregon, born in Sacramento, California, who passed away on December 10, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Rossi and Helene Rossi (Morin). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Vaughan; his children, Tamie (Kirk Heaton), Thomas (Hollie Vaughan) and Jerry (Stephanie Vaughan); and his grandchildren, Kevin, Colton, Catie, Emma and Alek. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
