She was predeceased by: her parents, Nolberto Ruiz and Josefa Ruiz (Ramirez); and her siblings, Grace Dudley, Robert Ruiz and Richard Ruiz.
She is survived by: her husband Don Garcia; her children, Liz Fisher and David Garcia; her grandchildren, Nikolas Fisher, Jackson Wilson, Remy Wilson, Ashton Garcia and Crew Garcia; and her siblings, Gloria Mendoza, Becky Herrera and Ray Ruiz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
A Celebration of life will be held at 1:00 P. M. on Saturday October 23, 2021 at West Park (below McNary Dam). *Face masks will be required*.
