It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene F Cook of Hermiston, Oregon, born in Walla Walla, Washington, who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Hastings and Erma Hastings (Millett); her husband Virgil "Luckie" Cook; and her siblings, Joyce Grogan and Leland Hastings.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Mudd (Pat Matz) of College Place, WA and Monique Larkin (John) of Hermiston, OR; her sister Glenda Sparkman of Port Orchard, WA; her grandchildren, Ryan Mudd, Neal Mudd (Brittany), Nicholas Mudd, Patricia Matz, Ashlei Munoz (Tim), Cody Larkin (Josi) and Hayden Larkin; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Ariel, Jenna, Nadine, Malayna, Joanna, Carter, Ricky, Timmy, Riley, Joseph, Jameson, Maggie, Kaleah and Parker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
