She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Muilenburg and Dorothy Muilenburg (Betts); her former husband Walter E. Hoffman; her children, Mike (Rina Hoffman), Danette (Mike Voytko) and Janelle (Gordon Baher); her husband Vernon C. Smith; and her brother Dennis (Kay Muilenburg). She was also cherished by seven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
