It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Charter (Happy Valley, Oregon), born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on March 14, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce, Kelly and Peggie; her grandchildren, Mark, Blake, Alex, Nina, Sara, Henry and Lucy; and her siblings, Molly and Peter.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriner's Hospital in Sally's memory.
