It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Eugene Carter Jr. (Happy Valley, Oregon), born in Camp Pendleton, California, who passed away on November 21, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Roy Carter and Barbara Carter; his former wife Nancy Brown; his children, Susan Mark Moss, Stacy JB Munnoch and Gene Alisa Carter; his brother Leon Carter of Georgia; his niece Megan Mike Gonzalez; and his cousin Dewy. He is also survived by his six grandchildren.
