He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Lewis and Nellie Cooper (Lewis); his brother Michael J. Lewis; and his grandson Kelly Raymond Gates. He is survived by: his children, Rodney Lewis, Geri Irene Lewis (Gates), Robert Roy Lewis and Patricia Lee Lewis (Gzowski); his spouse Justynne Lyn Riederer; his son Rance; his grandson Travis; and his nephew Dennis. He is also survived by four children, twelve grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren, a niece, a nephew and two sisters-in-law.
