He was predeceased by: his wife Jennie Lee Kingsland (Gillman); and his stepson Bruce Kingsland. He is survived by: his daughters, Sherrie Terry (Randall) and Julie Kingsland. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

For those wishing to honor Milt's memory, the family suggests donations in his name to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
