She is survived by: her mother LaVonne Appert of Eugene, OR; her siblings, Lori Hruby of Kent, WA, Daniel Appert of Portland and Tony Appert of Eugene; her close friend Bill Purdum of Gladstone, OR; her friend Judith Cook; and her pet Sugar. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
