He is survived by: his wife Clara Johnson of Forest Grove, Oregon; his children, Dave Johnson of Gaston, Oregon and Cyndi Johnson of Forest Grove; his sister-in-law Roberta Cleveland of Forest Grove, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Clara D. Johnson of Hillsboro and Curtis Zapar (Roxanne) of Portland; and his great grandchild Leona Zapar.
