He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Garrett and Estelle Garrett (Crawford); and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Judy Strouts; his siblings, Virginia Cade, George, Graham (Mickey) and Jackie Morgan; his children, Ken (Sharon), Cheryl Calcagno, Lori Garrett-Stone (Brad) and Barbie Tew (Larry); his grandchildren, James, Mary Calcagno, Bryn Garrett, Rachel Schackhart (Aaron), Grace Garrett, Autumn Stone, Daniel Tew (Kelsey), Nathan Tew (Maddie) and Rebecca Tew; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Natalie, Daniel Schackhart and Stella Tew.
His life will be celebrated with friends and family at a future date to be determined, when Covid 19 restrictions have lifted.
