Clifton (Happy Valley, Oregon), born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Clifton and Minnie Newburn Clifton; his siblings, Wayne, Ken and Carolyn; and his nephew Bob.

He is survived by: his sisterr Jean Hesse. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, 33 great nieces and nephews, and 18 great-great nieces and nephews.
