It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David George Foteff of Happy Valley, Oregon, who passed away on June 8, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Michel; and his parent Fridolina. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Foteff (Proffitt); his children, Michael, Tim, Amy Marks and Julie Weber; his grandchildren, Zachary Foteff, Emma Foteff, Alexandra Foteff, Sophia Foteff, Payton Foteff, Parker Foteff, Lola Marks, Sadie Marks, Hattie Marks, Brock Weber and Winnie Weber; and his brothers, Joe Foteff, James "Smoke" Foteff and Pat Foteff.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Anthony's Catholic Church.
