He is survived by: his parents, Lindsey Levy and Brigett Leathers Levy; his sons, Keegan and Mason Levy; his siblings, Alishia Randall, Stephen Leathers and Sheldon Levy; his niece Amilia Randall; and his grandparents, Robert Levy, Gary Webster and Billie Thoma.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Mt. Scott Funeral Home (4205 SE 59th Ave, Portland, OR 97206). Viewing will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
