With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vivian Arlene Bell of Gresham, Oregon, who passed away on December 11, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Carl W. Bell; and her children, Cheryl Bell, Richard Bell (Gaye), Becky Weisen (Dennis) and Kim Graham (Jesse). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In this time where family and friends cannot get together to celebrate the wonderful life of Viv, the family ask that you donate to your favorite charity; to give an extra hug and love to those that are close to you.
