He is survived by: his father Tyler Ultsch, Sr. (Debbie Lewis); his aunts and uncles, Debbie Frahm (George), Karen Pickett (Jefty), Kyle Ultsch (Lori) and Greg Lowery; his grandmother Lousie Lowery; and his cousins, Brent, Kristin, Jefty, Shawna, James, Lauren and Bryce.
The family suggest contributions be made to Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
