She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Allen and Hazel Allen; her siblings, Dorothy Bailey and Larry Allen; and her daughters, Kelly Czupryk (Lee) and Venus Haines (Lee).
She is survived by: her husband Lanny "Dale" Lee; and her children, Ken Thomas, Brian Lee (Jamie), Kelly Yokom and Kathy Alford (Vern). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
