He is survived by: his sister Marylou Allison (Sherwood); his wife Lily Douglass; and his children, Sherria Fitzpatrick of Gresham, Oregon, James Johnson of Pennsylvania, Debbie Stadtfeld of Pennsylvania and Merv Douglass of Portland, Oregon. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild, 6 step grandchildren, 25 great step grandchildren, and 11 great great step grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the FFA organization or ODFW.
