She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin McGhee and Neita McGhee; and her brother Larry McGhee. She is survived by: her husband Harold; her children, Janice Hauser, Tammie Lawson, Allen Hauser (Julie) and Jeff Hauser (Kerry); her grandchildren, Jamie (Michael), Gareth (Neva), Duncan (Jessica), Nick, Rebecca, Hali, Josh (Sunny), Tristan and Jake; her great grandchildren, Daisy and Violet; and her sisters, Cheryl Ayers (Rodney), Dana Reynolds (Don) and Kerry Rietmann (John).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Faith UMC (same address), reflecting Melba's lifelong commitment to her faith community and the values she held dear.
