He is survived by: his former wife Elsie Lindberg; his daughter Theresa Johnson (Teri); his former wife Janet Jensen (Jan); his stepchildren, Jerry Stoller (Shelley) and Karen Stoller (Jeff); his friend Steve; and his son Scott (Lisa).
