It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Monckton of Gresham, Oregon, born in Sunnyside, Washington, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hoard and Alice Hoard. She is survived by: her husband David Monckton of Gresham; her daughters, Christina Woodward (Bryan) of Colton, Janette Acuna (Richard) of Gresham, Rebecca Jenner (Charles) of Gresham and Alisa Hatton (Paul) of Gresham; her siblings, David Hoard (Linda) of Gresham, Jon Hoard (Vicki) of Portland, Sharon Pitzer (David) of Troutdale and Joyce Alexander (Todd) of Troutdale; and her grandchildren, Ron, Dakota, Peter, Anna, Raquel, Sofia, Conner, Emma, Lily, Kaylee, Cade, Olivia and Evan.
