He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Battle Ground; his siblings, Gordon of Gresham, Lisette Palmer of Fairview, Lois Clark (Stephen) of Canada, Eunice Laughery of Vancouver, Hannah Blake of Ridgefield, Rachel Sester of Arizona and Abigail ElGawli of New Jersey; and his stepsons, Andrew, Jeremy, Timothy, Peter, Daniel and Sam. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
