He was predeceased by: his parents, Amparo and Francisco; and his brother Filemón. He is survived by: his siblings, Francisco Rosales, Jose, Raul, Guadalupe, Juan, Isidro and Trinidad.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gresham Memorial Chapel (257 SE Roberts Ave, Gresham, OR 97080). A rosary will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Henry Catholic Church (346 NW 1st St, Gresham, OR 97030). A burial will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at the Sandy Ridge Cemetery (34260 OR-211, Boring, OR 97009).
