She is survived by: her children, Michelle Clark, Lori Stillwell, Brian Tate and Kendra Maddox; her husband John Tate; and her brothers, Gary and Ronald Major. She is also survived by the 4 children, 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
