He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Heater and Margaret Heater; his siblings, Tommy, Chester and Linda; and his daughter Margie.
He is survived by: his wife Janis; his children, David (Newport), Robert (South Beach), Jamie, Thomas (Portland) and Julianne (Gresham); and his sister Kaye. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
