She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Burns and Marian Burns. She is survived by: her husband Charles Forth of Gresham; her sons, Ryan Taylor (Kara) of Gladstone and Scott Taylor (Cheryl) of Tigard; her brother Jim Burns (Carol) of Dayton, NV; and her grandsons, Jordan Taylor and Grayson Taylor.
