She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Wayne Eppenbaugh. She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Shulleeta, Teri (DeWayne Kuffler), Cheryl (John Hightower) and Cindi (Eric Smith); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Nic, Kiara, Britany, Matt and Jacob. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimers Association.
