It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William James Biggs of Grants Pass, Oregon, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his child Dana "Dinky" Biggs (Sabrina); his wife Eileen Biggs (Locke); his children, Randy Biggs (Nancy) and Shelley Biggs (Sue); and his grandchildren, Jimmy Biggs (Sandra), Mariko Fredrick (Matt), Thomas O'Keefe (Michelle) and Brendon Peters-Biggs. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
