He is survived by: his former spouses, Shirley Cunningham and Sheila Garrett; his parent-in-law LoEtta Fredinburg; his wife LoEtta; his son John Cadman; his grandsons, Nathan Keoni (Sarah) of Maui, Hawaii, Kawika Daniel of Maui, Hawaii, Kainalu James of Maui, Hawaii, Maika of Maui, Hawaii and Andrew of Maui, Hawaii; and his siblings, Bob Cadman (Liz) and Beverly Burke (Gary) of Mill Valley, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
