We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2021, at the age of 67, Shan Yvonne Chaffee (Grants Pass, Oregon) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ardith Smith and Sam Smith. She is survived by: her husband David Chaffee; her sons, Rodney McDonald of Arkansas and Brian McDonald (Tiffany) of Florida; her brothers, Chad Smith (Debie) of Missouri and Craig Smith of Grants Pass; and her grandchildren, Tessa, Hadden McDonald of Florida, Jennifer Chaffee of Grants Pass, Karin, Katie and Kristina Rathbone of Alaska.
