He is survived by: his wife Kathleen J. Barclay of Grants Pass; his daughters, Tina Marie Gotchall of Grants Pass and Tonia Rae Gavin of Grants Pass; and his siblings, Michelle Ann, Pamela Jean of Michigan and Ron Carlson. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
