With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Allen Traugh of Grants Pass, Oregon, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on February 21, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Deana Worthington; his grandson DeWayne Upton; his mother Nellie Traugh; and his siblings, Bettie Schmidgall and Howard Traugh.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Traugh; his children, Richard Traugh, Jr. (Beverly), Theresa Gantz (Kevin), Gina Wilson (Brent) and Stephenie Wilson; his grandchildren, Bill Williams, Wendy Buford, Tia Dowden (John), Zachary Tull (Julie), Victoria Lehr (John), Shawn Worthington (Marjorie), Clifford Traugh (Melissa), Courtney Traugh (Sam) and Callie Terrell (Casey); and his brothers, Don Traugh and Jerry Traugh. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Dick's family would welcome donations in his honor to the Gospel Rescue Mission, 540 SW Foundry Street Grants Pass, OR 97526.
