He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Wills and Minnie Wills. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Turner of Grants Pass; his children, Chris Frame, Susan Voltz (Mark) and Charles Wills (Donna); his grandchildren, Nicole Suk, Miles Frame, Holly Halter, Marie McNally and Jeff McNally; and his great grandchildren, Ashley, Joshua, Emily, Tyler, Aiden, Ryan and Nora.
