He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Helen, Eugene Ziegler, Bruce Hymas, Duveen and Ron Gunter.

He is survived by: his parents, Alan Ziegler of Pinedale, WY and Sharron Ziegler; his wife Jamie; his children, Brandin, Tayler and Alexis; and his siblings, Lori Emery (Nathan) of Belleair, Florida, Nickole Tanner (Travis) and Jamison Ziegler (Trisha) of Pinedale, WY. He is also survived by 32 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the "Kiley Ziegler Children College Fund.".

“We were completely shocked to hear of Kiley's passing. We were former neighbors of the Ziegler's on Cooke Ave in Grants Pass. We so enjoyed seeing the whole family outside playing with the dog, and one another on many a weekend -- such a lovely family. Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories of Kiley to forever hold in your hearts. “I did not know Dr. Ziegler except by reputation. As a PT he helped correct two botched hand surgeries of another surgeon and did it without fanfare or ego. I provide physical therapy and my patients whom I referred to him loved him as a surgeon and his bedside manner in the clinic. I know him as highly competent and kind. I met him once while rock climbing with our YM from church and was able to thank him for the good work he did with my patients. A total class act. He will be greatly missed.”
