He is survived by: his wife Cathy Worden of Grants Pass, Oregon; his children, Ben of Grants Pass, Oregon, Mari of Atascadero and Cheyanne of New Bern; his grandchildren, Jakob, Noah, Liam, Savannah and Tegan; and his great grandchild Emily.
