He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Edgar Dunham and Mary Louise "Mame" McKenzie Dunham; his brothers, Garnett Earl Dunham and Robert Dunham; and his son Larry Dean Dunham.
He is survived by: his wife Deborrah Sullivan Dunham; his brother Patrick Dunham of Sonoma, California; his children, Ricky Everett Dunham of Glen Ellen, Jerry Wayne Dunham of Redding, California, Christine Mendes of Roseville and Micheaux Hall of Carlsbad; and his stepson Todd Leigh Miller of Carson City, Nevada. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
