She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Blackwell and Beatrice Blackwell of Forsyth; her husband Arnold Hollenbeak; her son Freddie Gregg; her stepchildren, Rick, Jamie Hollenbeak and Cathy Smith; and her brothers, Doug Blackwell, Dan Blackwell, Darrel Blackwell and Dwight Blackwell.
She is survived by: her sisters, Carol Beaman of Missouri and Margaret Pedroza of Arizona. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
