He is survived by: his children, Korea, Vietnam and Panama; his wife Andrea Dougan of Grants Pass; his children, Diana M Southard of Nantucket, Massachusetts and Dwayne Dougan of Nantucket, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Jeff Fox, Levi Fox, Jason Fox, Matthew Dougan, Anita Dougan and Tessa Dougan; and his great grandchildren, Griffin Fox, Ellamay Fox, Shane Fox and Loralie Fox.
