He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Bastian and Virginia Bastian; his significant other Mary Souder; and his daughter Karen. He is survived by: his sons, Glenn and Leonard; his brothers, Gerald, Kenneth and Richard; and his granddaughter Krystal Hoy.
