She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Arthur Cauble and Edna May Cauble (Fox); her husband James "Jim" William Row; her grandchildren, James William Row (Ann Coffey), Brandi Row Lazzarini (Heider Lazzarini), Karla Alvarado (Row), Keegan Alvarado, Kiana Rodriguez-Row and Kalia Rodriguez-Row; and her children, Kaitlyn Jeffcott (Jordan Brett Jeffcoat) and Kyle Miley. She was also cherished by two children, five grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, blood donations or monetary donations can be made to the American Red Cross in Berniece's name.
