He was predeceased by: his mother Julia Howard. He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Howard and Chad Howard; his father Duane Howard Sr.; and his siblings, Dennis Howard (Alisia), Damon Howard, Melinda Hankins, Sharon Roberts and Karen Ainsworth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
