He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Faulkner and Clarence Faulkner; his sister Christine; and his wife Pat. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew W. Faulkner and Joshua L. Faulkner (Ashley). He is also survived by three grandsons; several nephews and a niece; two brothers-in-law; and a sister-in-law.
